We ask about you.

In early motherhood, care is often scattered. Doma brings it together, with your well-being at the center.

Doma exists at the intersection of maternal mental health and coordinated whole-person care — a center built on the belief that the mother's wellbeing is not secondary. It is the center of everything.

Meet Our Experts

Hi, I'm Anastasia.

I'm a perinatal therapist, the founder of Doma, and a toddler mom. I built this because I kept meeting mothers who were carrying everything and needed a space where they could be put first.

I watched brilliant, loving women go unasked-after. Their care was fragmented — a therapist who didn't know the midwife, a lactation consultant who didn't know the doula. Nobody held the full picture. Nobody asked the mother: how are you?

Doma is the place I wish every mother had.

Precision-held

Reconnecting mothers with the knowledge
that they matter too.

We do not believe care should be scattered across a hundred appointments, none of which talk to each other.
Doma brings it together, one coordinated circle, organised entirely around a single question: how is the mother?

Maternal First

Your wellbeing is not secondary to your child's. At Doma, you are the starting point.

The Village

Care that is coordinated, not scattered. Every practitioner knows your name and your story.

No Agenda

We do not believe in urgency as wellness. We believe in slowing down and noticing.

Radical Openness

We explain our approach, share what we are learning, and hold space for what we don't yet know.

We want to hear from you.

No agenda, no pressure — just a chance to tell us what you're carrying and what you wish someone was asking.
Your voice is shaping what Doma becomes.
